Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we will exchange an item for equal value if it is defective.
Note: We are not responsible for damage that occurred during shipping.
Cancellations
There are no order cancellations, so please keep this in mind before you check out.
Defects and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. You have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to contact us to report any of the following issues:
- You receive the wrong item.
- The item is defective.
Note: If the item is no longer in stock or available, we will exchange it for an item of our choosing that is of equal value. We are not responsible for damage that occurred to an item during shipping.
To start an Exchange, contact us at srfabulousjewelry@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Please include the order number, a brief description of the issue and a picture of the item showing the defect. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will work quickly to resolve any issues.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exchange
Exchange is only available if the item is defective. Unfortunately, there are no other exchange reasons accepted, so please be careful when making your selections.
