Shipping Information

Please ensure that your mailing address is complete and correct, to alleviate any problems with package delivery or lost packages.

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. Please keep for your reference until your package has been received.  

Processing Time

All orders are processed between 1-3 business days (holidays not included) after your order is placed.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed shipping may take between 5-7 days, please allow for USPS delays.

Any issues related to shipping delivery should be referred to US Postal Service (USPS) for example; excessive delivery time, damaged or lost package.
